Dean Patrick is no stranger to hardwork. Following in the footsteps of his father, Ted Patrick who was a builder in Miami,  Dean has been a successful builder, developer and real estate broker in the Richmond Metro area for over 25 years. He has also stepped outside of the construction world and has managed over 100 rental properties as well as founded Southern Community Bank and Trust, now known as Village Bank where he is currently serving on the Board of Directors.

Framing his first house at the age of 21, Dean has had plenty of hands on experience in building.  When he first started out, he constructed all the trim work on his houses, including adding on decks and porches.  After deciding to take a leap into developing, Dean has since completed two of his solo developments, Seven Ridges located in Powhatan, VA and Hollymeade which is in Chesterfield County.  He is currently working on four other solo developments; Fox Rest in Powhatan, which has one completed home For Sale NOW and one 5+ Acres home site available, and his newest development in Powhatan is Sparrows Landing with one completed home For Sale NOW and many available home sites from which to choose. He also has home sites and homes in two Chesterfield County subdivisions; Arbor Meadows and Autumn Grove. There are also plans for other developments in Powhatan and Chesterfield in the near future.

Having worked with many of the same sub-contractors for over 20 years, his team has been able to build on average 35 homes per year.  With expectations higher than most, you can trust that your home will be built with Dean Patrick's seal of approval.
